Submission Window: October 12 – October 31
Authors submitting papers during the active promotional cycle (Oct 12 to Oct 31) are eligible for the discounted Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹7,500 upon peer-review acceptance. Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the upcoming March Issue.
1Manuscript Preparation & Formatting
Submissions must be prepared in English (UK or US consistently). Standard formats accepted include PDF, Microsoft Word (.docx), and LaTeX (.zip with source and compiled PDF).
IRPO journals fully support manuscripts prepared in the standard IEEE two-column conference/transactions layout as well as standard single-column draft formats. References can be numbered sequentially in brackets (e.g. [1], [2]) according to standard IEEE citation conventions.
2Double-Anonymous Review Anonymisation
To facilitate fair peer review, please ensure the initial manuscript file does not contain author names, affiliations, or identifying acknowledgements. Author details are maintained separately in the submission wizard and revealed only upon acceptance.
3Article Processing Charges (APC) & Fee Schedule
Payable only after peer-review acceptance. Includes DOI preparation, copyediting, and perpetual open-access hosting in the March publication.
Standard processing charge applicable to manuscripts submitted outside active promotional windows.
* Note: IRPO charges zero submission fees. If your manuscript is declined or rejected during peer review, no payment is required.
4Required Ethical Declarations
During submission, corresponding authors must certify originality, co-author consensus, ethical approvals for human/animal studies (if applicable), and disclose any commercial or financial conflicts of interest.
