1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the International Research Papers Organisation ("IRPO", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually as an author, reviewer, conference attendee, or reader) and IRPO regarding your access to and use of https://irpo.dpweb.in and associated subdomains and services.

By accessing our website, creating an author account, authenticating via Google Sign-In, or submitting a manuscript, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To submit manuscripts, track peer review evaluations, or manage editorial tasks, you may register an account using your email or via Google Sign-In.

  • You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information regarding your institutional affiliation and identity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
  • You may not impersonate another researcher, faculty member, or co-author.
  • IRPO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in academic impersonation, fraudulent identity claims, or unauthorized system access.

3. Author Submissions, Copyright & Open Access Licensing

When submitting an article to any IRPO journal or sponsored conference:

  • Originality Warranty: You warrant that your manuscript is your original work, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under consideration by any other journal or proceedings.
  • Academic Integrity: All research must adhere to ethical research standards, free from plagiarism, falsification, uncredited generative AI text generation, or unauthorized image manipulation.
  • Open Access (CC BY 4.0): Upon acceptance and publication, articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright while granting IRPO an irrevocable license to publish, index, distribute, and archive the work.
  • Co-Author Consent: The submitting author warrants that all named co-authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript and consented to its submission.

4. Editorial Review & Academic Discretion

IRPO adheres to independent double-anonymous peer review:

  • Editorial decisions (Acceptance, Revision, or Rejection) are based solely on scientific merit, methodology, clarity, and contribution to knowledge.
  • IRPO and its journal editors reserve complete discretion to reject manuscripts that do not meet rigorous academic standards or violate COPE guidelines.
  • Submitted drafts and peer review feedback are treated with strict confidentiality. Reviewers are prohibited from misappropriating unpublished manuscript findings.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC) & Payment Terms

To sustain universal Open Access publishing, infrastructure hosting, Crossref DOI allocation, and long-term archiving, accepted articles may be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC).

  • No Submission Fee: Manuscript submission and double-anonymous peer review are completely free. APC fees are invoiced only after formal editorial acceptance.
  • Payment Gateway: All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Waivers & Discounts: Fee waivers or student discounts (such as our student publication rate) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis prior to publication.
  • Refund Policy: Because publishing costs are incurred upon final layout preparation, DOI registration, and digital indexing, APC payments are non-refundable once an accepted article has entered final production or been published.

6. Institutional Transparency & Disclaimers

Independent Platform Notice: IRPO is an independent academic publishing platform. We operate under COPE ethical guidelines. IRPO does not make misleading or unverified indexing claims (e.g. Scopus, Web of Science, IEEE Xplore) unless verified through official documentation and directory agreements.

Authors should ensure their university or granting body approves open-access publication under standard DOI indexing prior to submission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

The IRPO platform, journals, articles, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Authors are solely responsible for the technical accuracy and scientific validity of their research findings. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IRPO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
